Data Collection
This application stores the email, name, and sram uuid (sram_sub) provided by SRAM. This data:
- Is stored with the purpose of sending emails and managing the bookings
- Is stored in an encrypted database
- Is not shared with any third parties
- Is visible to the application administrators
- Will be deleted from the database upon request
Cookies
This application uses a single session cookie to maintain your login state. This cookie:
- Stores the email, name, and sram uuid (sram_sub)
- Is encrypted and cannot be read by third parties
- Is deleted after 7 days or when you logout
Third-Party Services
Authentication is handled by SURF Research Access Management (SRAM). When you login, you are redirected to SRAM, which is subject to its own privacy policy.
